NAME
SDL_GetModState - Get the state of modifier keys.SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
Returns the current state of the modifier keys (CTRL, ALT, etc.).
RETURN VALUE
The return value can be an OR'd combination of the SDLMod enum.
